RETURNS POLICY:

Here at Truth or Dare we try hard to give our customers complete satisfaction every time they shop with us. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item, or that we have not met your expectations, then we have tried to provide the customer with a simple and efficient return policy.

> Faulty Goods

If the item you have received is deemed to be faulty, due to any defect in its quality or condition, it must be notified to us within 7 days from the date of receipt or within a reasonable time where the defect was not apparent upon reasonable inspection.

When you notify us of any faulty item, please provide your order number, name and address, full details of the item and the reason that it is deemed to be faulty. You must also state at this time whether you require a replacement or a refund and we will also advise you how to proceed with the return. All faulty returns must be received back within 30 days of the date of its original order date.

Return postage is your responsibility, but may be refunded at our discretion if the item is faulty.

> Exchange of Goods

Items can be exchanged for another size and/or colour (subject to stock availability), or for another item. If you wish to do this, you must notify us within 14 days of the items original order date and return the item in its original condition, unworn and with all its labels in place and in its original packaging.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you return the item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item. Return postage is your responsibility.

We do not refund unwanted goods and recommend that you take time to review our products carefully.

1* Please note that we will not be able to accept items returned to us that have evidence that they have been marked or damaged by traces of aftershave/perfume, deodorant or make-up. We would therefore recommend that you take great care when trying on your new items.

> Cancellation of Order

You have the right to cancel your order with us for any item purchased for a full refund. A cancellation must be made either within 7 days of the items original order date, or within 7 days of receipt of goods (whichever is the longer period of time). A cancellation must be made in writing, but we would recommend that you notify us initially by other means as soon as possible.

If your order has not been despatched, you will receive a full refund. If your order has been dispatched, you must return it to us in its original condition, unworn and with its original labels still in place. You will not be refunded the cost of delivering the item to you and we remind you that the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
